In the remote woods of Northern California, drug dealers control local law enforcement and hold a small town hostage. With her family missing, Joshua's aunt calls the one man she can trust, New York policeman Joe Dylanne (James Remar). Dylanne's investigation soon leads him to the corpses of local drug mafia ... and to the boy who is, one by one, killing his parent's murderers. Now, hopelessly outnumbered, the two mismatched vigilantes take on a vicious drug mob.
