Prison-A-Go-Go! is about the story of a woman named Callista, who has been kidnapped and taken in for mysterious scientific studies. Her smart sister named Janie must save Callista and uncover the mystery of the group who took her. She then discovers that her sister's search leads to an infamous and violent prison located in the Phillippines. However, the only way to get into this prison facility, she must commit a crime.

During her journey, she encounters strange enemies such as ninjas, evil scientists, mutant zombies and much more!
