Precautions Against Fanatics is a West German comic short by Werner Herzog. It is the first color movie that he made. The film is a mockumentary about a group of men who train and care for race horses. At least one of them claims to protect the hoses from fanatics -- hence the movie's title. The men go about their business and talk about what they do.
