Police Patrol is a 2013 animated movie featuring the latest in special effects. Radar The Police Car is the main character, along with the zany characters he meets along the way. A fallen electricity cable gives Radar some super powers. The Badger Brothers are the bad guys, who are trying to steal the city's water supply. Radar and his police force have to devise a plan to catch the brothers and also rescue the city. This is a typical good guy/bad guy movie that children and adults of all ages will enjoy. In addition it has a moral at the end.
