This is a great video for practitioners of all levels, but it is geared towards the beginner. Billy starts off this 45 minute class with about 8 minutes of centering and breathing. He then moves you through some simple and basic Sun Salutations A and B as well as some balancing postures and detoxifying twists. You will do a little hip opening before Billy winds the class down in a peaceful fashion.
