Baron Huroki (Warner Oland), a spy, comes to New York in preparation for an invasion of the United States by the Japanese army. Heiress Patria Channing (famous dancer Irene Castle) and heroic Donald Parr (Milton Sills) are onto his plan and team up and muster forces of their own to try to counter his operation.
