Located on the island of Puerto Rico, this prison is responsible for giving birth to two of the most notorious prison gangs in existence, "Association Neta" and "Los 27". The prison is known as housing the most dangerous men in the region and has the unfortunate bragging right of birthing hundreds of murders within i's walls.
