Nancy Marmorat, who graduated from the Irene Popard School of Dance, and now teaches dance, stretching exercises and keep fit, has devised a programme for you to tone up your body by dancing. Nancy has chosen for you three kinds of music, which will each give a rhythm to the sequences: Latin, African and Classical.
