Count Dracula is dead, and his blood has made its way to a researcher who intends to study it. Unfortunately, it has accidentally made its way into medical supplies, being infused into Shutaro Ishikawa, who has suffered an attack after uncovering a conspiracy. Shutaro, now the vampiric reincarnation of Count Dracula, vows a path of vengeance against those who wronged him.
