This 90-minute documentary review charts the entire career of Mott The Hoople from their roots in the 1960s midlands music scene to the break up of the band when Ian Hunter left in 1975. Now, 40 years on from their first incarnation, the classic line-up are back, playing new gigs and revitalizing their profile to its highest level since their mid-1970s glory days. This film features rare footage of Mott, archive interviews plus new contributions from Morgan Fisher, mega-fan Mick Jones from the Clash, former fanclub president Kris Needs, Mott producers Mick Glossop and Tony Platt, and numerous others.
