A penguin, Palmer, challenges Monty, a monkey, to a street race through town. Monty, along with his partner Marshmallow Man, challenges everyone else he knows to the same race. There is some confusion as to what kind of race they are having but the race takes place anyways. You won't believe who wins..and how!
