Malignant is an American horror/sci-fi/thriller film. The film centers around Allex, a man who has lost his wife and turns to alcohol to numb his feelings. Blinded by his sorrow, Allex's addiction becomes worse and it affects all aspects of his life. He meets a mysterious man who tells him that he needs to quit drinking. When Allex does not quit, he becomes forced unwillingly into being a part of a gruesome experiment in order to rid him of his alcohol addiction.
