Mahjong is a Taiwanese comic farce which centers on a business man who has found himself in debt to the tune of $100 million to some very bad men. Eventually the business man is forced into hiding. The mob syndicate who is after him decides to tail his son, Red Fish a leader of a local street gang, in hopes that he will lead them to the business man. Meanwhile, a woman travels from France in search of an old lover and runs into the street gang. Her life becomes intertwined with that of the business man and his son.
