Made in USA is a dramatic movie about people who are looking for some meaning in their lives. A pair of men from Pennsylvania are leaving the run down town where they live. The coal mines are shutting down and there is almost no work available. The two decide to head to the dream beaches of California. They must steal a car to start their journey. On the way they meet a woman who is out for adventure and joins the pair.

The beaches always look better on the other side of the country. These three are seeking the adventures of a cross country journey to the promised land on the beaches of California.
