In a small village, there lived two young women who were best friends. One of them is pregnant and the other one is studying to be a doctor. Continued from the first Mad Couple film, the pregnant woman has grown jealous of her best friend and has committed an act of shocking proportions when she learns that her best friend is going to leave the village to become a doctor.
