Watch Live at the Village Vanguard: David Murray Quartet

From the World Saxophone Quartet to his Octet to his Big Band, David Murray has blown gospel and classic, soul and hard bop; he has swung the swingers and jumped octaves with free jazz. With his signature breathy and emotive ballads and thrilling uptempo tunes, this performance is unmissable. Supported by John Hicks on piano, Fred Hopkins on bass and Ed Blackwell on drums.
