This film is a documentary about a Jewish man who spent time in concentration camps and went on to become the Prime Minister of France. He was also a very brave individual and a great leader who was interested in helping common people and instilling the idea of true democracy in France. He was also the first Socialist leader of France and went on to live a very amazing life full of triumph and tragedy. During the time he was imprisoned in the concentration camps he sent many letters back to France and his bravery was astonishing.
