The independent film "La Llorona 3," also known as "The Wailer 3," follows Alice and Daniel, a couple who goes with their children to Alice's hometown to stay with her mother following her father's death. They soon find out that in the town, there have been a number of people who have gone missing and come up murdered. Daniel soon finds out the deaths are caused by La Llorona, a ghost who killed her children by drowning after finding out about her husband's affair. Daniel also uncovers a darker secret about his wife's family that puts him, his wife and his children in even greater danger.
