A group of French students embrace Maoist ideology and start considering that the only way to bring on needed revolution is by using terrorism. But in many ways, they are young and innocent, especially two of its members, Guillaume and Veronique, who enter into a very sincere romantic relationship with each other. Problems arise when the group decides to assassinate a high-ranking Russian government official visiting Paris.
