Magnus Edkvist gets a class reunion invite 20 years after graduating from the ninth grade. He decides to decline the invitation. He does not want to potentially relive any embarrassing moments from that time in his life. Instead, he stays home with Lollo, his wife and his daughter. Then he begins wondering about Hillevi, his teenage crush. He eventually decides to go because he hopes she will be there.
