This picture tells the tale of an elderly woman who has been in a state of comatose for the longest time, and has finally awaken thanks to a miraculous piece of information she has received. She has been informed that her long lost grandson is alive and well, and this news does nothing short of a wonder for the woman who was feared to never wake up. She sends a young man out to locate her grandson and bring him to her. However, when this man encounters the old lady's grandson, he is nothing short of a despicable human being.
