Jeeva, a Tamil movie is a story of a cricketer and the surrounding in which he is growing up. The story spins around a young aspiring cricketer who frequently visits the sports shop to inquire the price of every bat in the store and other cricket accessories. The kid was punished by his teacher for his pranks and playing cricket in the classroom.

This gifted young cricketer tries to find a place in the cricket team; but politics and romance threaten his dreams and aspirations. When time comes to choose between his love and dream what Jeeva decides to choose is what the movie holds.
