In A Town This Size is a documentary that explores the shocking, but true story surrounding a pediatrician's long history of child sexual abuse. The events go back to the 1960s up until present times. The abuser was highly trusted and abused his position. The stories are told and caught on camera for the first time through first person interviews with the victims, the victim's families, and other professionals. The film challenges the audience to confront and combat child sexual abuse and argues child sexual abuse as a primary social issue and pressures for changes in state statutes of limitation.
