This romance from India was directed by Kasthuri Raja, who also wrote the lyrics to the nine songs performed during the film. The movie recounts the bittersweet story of a young boy of 15, a student at a school who falls under the influence of classmates. He grows infatuated with one of his fellow pupils. Then his affections turn towards a very beautiful teenage model named Manasi. They conduct a covert romance. Finally, the young man directs his attention to a married prostitute. The film offers a cautionary tale for the benefit of parents about the superficial nature of teenage infatuation.
