During the Russian elections, a strange disease spreads, and the British find that it is strange. Wanting to know more, they decide to send Jason Monk, and American agent, into Russia in order to see what is actually going on. When he initially refuses the orders, they tell him that they will assist him in settling some old scores that he never though would be settled. Once there, he finds out that there is someone in Russia that is trying to manipulate the election.
