I Can Hear You Calling is a portrait of eight musicians and their bands in New York. While making their livings on many of the world's biggest stages, the film follows each musician as they develop their own projects at home. The film takes you through quiet kitchens to gentle rehearsals to soaring onstage performances for an unusually vulnerable blend of eclectic and visceral modern music.
