Hoshizora Kiseki, meaning Starry-sky Miracle, is a Japanese animated film. Kozue is a young girl with a great appreciation for stargazing, a hobby that she routinely pursues. While heading to a particular site with a better view of the sky, she meets Ginga. Ginga exhibits a preternatural ability to explain data about celestial bodies and uses it to assist scientists. This gift also curses Ginga with a very structured life whose path can be seen very far ahead. As Kozue gets to know more about Ginga, Ginga begins to question just how much his life is truly set in stone.
