Histoire de Pen is a movie about a man named Claude who gets sent to prison because he is involved in illegal dealings with a woman named Karine. During their dual reign of terror, Claude and Karine commit petty theft and other crimes, for which Claude is apprehended and sent to the penitentiary. In prison, Claude is raped with the unofficial approval of people in charge of the prison. In prison, Claude befriends someone named The Phantom who helps him escape. However, Claude is apprehended after he gets mixed up in shady dealings. He later finds out he has AIDS.
