When three young girls discover that they have super powers, they aren't sure what to do at first. They come to the mayor's office, a small man with old glasses that are broken and a beard as white as the snow. When he refuses to acknowledge their powers, they ask his assistant for help. She is mysteriously positioned behind a desk in which no one can see her face. Starting to think something strange is going on, the girls investigate and use their new powers to uncover the mystery. The film is packed with action, mystery, and inspiration.
