Chef Christian Petz was featured in the sixth episode of the show Great Chefs of Austria. His sumptuous creations included dishes such as pumpkin-goose liver crepes, rack of lamb and a delicate lemon mousse. Chef Petz has won numerous awards in Austria for his superb and unique culinary skills. He grew up in the restaurant profession - he helped out in family restaurants from a very young age and went on to work as a chef at numerous luxury hotels and restaurants in the Vienna area before appearing on this prestigious show.
