This was an honest and funny look at many inventions that were made in the 1950s to the 1970s. These were often unique contraptions. Inventions were often unusual or used in uncommon ways. Many of them never saw the market or failed when they did, but it puts a focus on the inventors, unique ideas and approaches to solving problems. It is more about the creativity of the inventor than the actual end product's usefulness.
