Yusuke, a high school student in Okinawa becomes a truant, because of his obsession for dugongs. His classmates, Yume and Hiroto, and his teacher Ryota visit his house and see his room with heaps of signs or anti-base demonstrations and other related things. Meanwhile, Ryota and his friends Tsuyoshi a photographer and Kenichi an editor of a magazine set out for a search for dugongs in Henoza for the magazin article about the relocation of the US Air Base, and happen to know about a terrifying ritual of Henoza… where the Futenma Air Base is planning to be relocated.(C)2015 Ryugo Nakamura
