In the 2015 Spanish movie "The Corpse of Anna Fritz," three friends hatch a scheme to see the body of Anna Fritz, a popular movie star and Tabloid queen who recently died of unknown causes. Two of the friends find out about the location of her body from one of the friends, a hospital worker. When they find her body, they come up with a twisted scheme to try to have sex with the movie star's dead body. They aren't prepared for the surprise that awaits them inside the hospital's mortuary.
