This documentary takes a look into the fascinating lives of some of the bravest men to have ever walked the earth. The film pays homage to the survivors of the Spanish Civil War, a violent affair that last from 1936-1939. Much like World War II, this war saw an endless number of battles that stretched across bodies of land and sea. For those who fought in the war and were fortunate enough to survive the gruesome battles, they cannot seem to get away from the feeling that they were fighting an endless war. They feel that no matter the result on paper, it was a war that no one would ever win.
