Field of Dreams Deferred is story about a part of Baseball history that often goes untold. Before Jackie Robinson broke Major League Baseball's color barrier and Hank Aaron became the home-run king, they both got their professional baseball starts in the Negro Leagues. Robinson and Aaron went on to have great careers in Major League Baseball, but many Black and Latino ball players never got that chance due to racism. Field of Dreams Deferred takes us through the great -- but dark -- history of the first 100 years of the Negro Leagues.
