Over the years, May could not help but to escape her life through her writing. It was the one way that she could avoid the broken life that surrounded her within reality. However, as May works on a manuscript, she comes into contact with Declan, a character from her story. The only question that is left is whether or not Declan is actually real or if he is just a figment of her imagination coming to life through her writing.
