Watch El ministro y yo

A local notary is asked to help with a land title but realizes how hard it is to get past government red tape. After becoming overwhelmed by the situation, he contacts a cabinet minister who decides to give him a job. The notary tries to change government polices by pointing out how they need to work within a democracy. Ultimately, he must choose what is right for his life as well as the lives of the people at home.
