Due to her father's tech merger with a successful Tokyo business woman, and her strange son, a teen is forced to live in Japan. While still coming to terms with her mother's death, and living in a foreign land, she, along with her aunt, have a deadly encounter with Aka Manto, a Japanese urban legend, who haunts public restrooms, and delivers a ghastly punishment for those who cross his path.
