Dispatch is a drama film about a struggling screen writer named Nick. Nick thought that if he moved to California that he would be able to sell his movie, but he quickly found out that dreams are easily thought of rather than actually attained. Nick decides that he must get a real job. He becomes a dispatch for the local police department. On one particular night, Nick gets a phone call that will change his life forever.
