Watch Cut Up

Combining the "cut up" method of writing wrapped in a taut crime-suspense drama, Cut Up tells the story of Carl, a photographer who left his job as a homicide detective after accidentally killing a little girl during his hunt for a serial killer. Urged by his friend and former partner, Carl joins in on a similar murder case which emerges in New Orleans. Getting back into the groove, Carl and his partner slowly begin to pick apart the case of this mysterious killer. Twisted, incoherent messages set up at the crime scenes are left for the detectives to try and decipher. But as they begin to close in on the killer, Carl feels the tension of his past traumatic experience with his last case. He soon realizes that he must confront his personal demons in order to defeat the real demon rampaging through the streets of the Big Easy.
