FERENC TOBAK, a Hungarian-American bagpiper, went to the Csángó areas of Romania looking for and acquiring a treasure trove of priceless footage of the last bagpipers, Gypsy fiddlers, flutists, singers, dancers, and craftspeople. It's about a man and his love for the music and the people he met, while at the same time, an exotic road trip that lets us see a hidden traditional world.
