Jimmy is just an average kid trying to fit in. When his dad gets a promotion from his job, this means that he and his whole family have to move to a cushy apartment in New York City that does not allow pets, especially dogs. Rainy does not want his owner to give up so easily and accompanies him for the time of their life to New York City.
