Filmmaker Keith Behrman offers a meditative look at Cape Breton Highlands National Park in Nova Scotia, part of Canada's National Parks Project. With zen-like music and narration from Tony Dekker, Old Man Luedecke and Daniela Gesundheit, the film cuts between an aged Buddhist monk and the primordial fern groves, birch forests and ocean of the natural habitat.
