Felicia has always been there for her sister. This film was a winner in i horror's "bye Felicia" competition and is part of the Bye Felicia anthology. The criteria for the competition was that the films had to be between 5-20 minutes, some genre of horror and had to have a character named Felicia. The last line of the film had to be "Bye Felicia".
