Raja Menon watches day after day as men and women in the city he calls home must sacrifice their dreams in order to survive by working the dead-end jobs without any hope of every being successful. Raja is a movie director and is determined to film their stories for the world to see. During the creation of the film he finds himself soon fighting the same battle as those he set out to illuminate in the eyes of the public with several other different speed bumps.
