Beware! Children at Play is a horror thriller that was released in 1989. The film focuses on a strange occurrence where a large number of children end up going missing. The cop looks into the matter, and soon learns that horrible things are happening to them. The children are being are being kidnapped by an evil man, and then being brainwashed so they are cannibals bent on killing everyone who comes across his path. This lead the police officer to having to decide if he is going to kill the children before they kill others, and he has to find the man who first brainwashed them.
