This animated musical sees schoolboy, Benny embark on a fantastic journey to the bottom of the ocean with an enchanted tadpole. Benny is bored with life in the small apartment he shares with his parents who have little time to talk or play with him. A trip outdoors sees Benny capture a tadpole and release it into the bathtub, which sparks an amazing journey after the tadpole reveals itself to be an enchanted prince. During the trip with the tadpole Benny sees many new sights, but also misses the comforts of home he enjoys so much.
