This is a great class for beginners as Dakini guides you through a soothing yoga practice. She warms up your body and mind slowly through integration and your Sun Salutation A. Your Sun Salutation B starts to invite in more challenges through postures that include a Figure 4 Utkatasana, Crescent Lunge, Warrior 2 and Reverse Warrior. You'll then move through some prayer twists to detoxify the mind and body before opening up to an inversion in Crow, Bakasana. You'll finish your beginner yoga practice with a nice cool down that will leave you feeling great for the rest of your day.
