Watch Bargain Counter Attack

Beloved Little Lulu, a well-known cartoon character during the 1930s and 1940s, stars in this hilarious movie targeted for both adult and children's audiences. Little Lulu wreaks havoc in a department store while exchanging an item, much to the chagrin of the staff at the store. Lulu manages to terrorize the store manager, create a flood of extreme proportions and also ski down the escalators. She causes all this trouble in the name of finding a bargain. The phrase repeated over and over by Little Lulu is " It's not what I wanted, Mister." She effectively tests the patience of everyone in the store.
