Watch A Scene at the Sea

A deaf-mute working for the sanitation service finds a surfboard in the trash and becomes determined to become a surfer. Along with his girlfriend, also deaf, he spends hours honing his skills and tries to fit in with the local surfing crowd and enters a surfing contest.
